**Job Summary:**
The Director of Mission Services calls for an experienced and inspiring change agent who in collaboration with the Vice President of Mission Integration leads the organization in deepening a culture and sense of ministry for all in extending the healing ministry of Jesus. The Director should be well versed in formation design and facilitation as well as leading a team in creating experiences for employees, physicians and volunteers to find meaning in their work. This leader is able to apply the theological underpinnings of Catholic Healthcare to formation experiences and key messages. In addition, is able to develop competencies in other leaders to connect the ministry s mission and values with one s own personal spirituality and values. The Director of Mission Services assess the culture for gaps in living out the mission and values and is able to formulate a strategy to close those gaps and identify metrics for measuring the strategy s success. The leader is also an inspiring and engaging presenter who is able to take complex topics and unpack them in a way that all can find understanding and meaning. The Director of Mission Services plans and implements activities such as values celebrations, and develops and leads blessings and rituals when requested.
**Minimum Position Qualifications:**
**Education:**
+ Master s Degree in Healthcare, Spirituality, Health Care Mission, Theology, Organizational Development or related field
**Experience:**
+ 2-3 years leadership experience in an acute healthcare setting.
+ Leadership and employee formation development and facilitation experience.
**Preferred Position Qualifications:**
**Education:**
+ Masters in Theology, Pastoral Counseling, Health Care Mission or other theological degree.
+ Mission & Mentoring Graduate
+ Ministry Leadership Formation Graduate
**Experience:**
+ 5 years of leadership experience within Catholic Health Care
+ Bilingual English/Spanish
+ Previous experience in Catholic Health Care
