Growing OC based Commercial Insurance Brokerage is seeking a qualified Commercial Lines Account Manager Assistant. We specialize in Commercial Property and Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation, Umbrella/Excess, Cargo, Surety, Cyber Liability, EPLI, D&O, E&O, etc.
-An active Property & Casualty license is required;
-Familiar with AMS 360;
-Ability to fill out and understand Acord Forms;
-Familiarity with multiple companies' rating software and agency portals is necessary. We represent many carriers such as Golden Eagle, CNA, Hartford, Travelers, Mercury, First Comp, Midwest, Employers, AmTrust, Republic, and more;
-Working Knowledge of MS Outlook, Office, and Adobe Acrobat;
-Ability to work in a paperless environment with two monitors;
-Good verbal and written skills;
-Strong interpersonal skills;
-Ability to remain flexible when faced with changing deadlines, schedules and demands;
-Excellent customer service and problem solving skills;
-Ability to work cohesively as a team to achieve goals;
-General office skills.
-Assist account managers with quotes, applications, endorsements, and the setting up of new accounts in AMS360;
-Market and Renew existing clients;
-Handle certificate request and review contracts for the applicable coverages;
-General office work- filing, answering phones, etc.
