Hiring Experienced, Long Term Housekeepers (La Mirada)
We are a small cleaning company that believes in having a servant attitude. Because of the number of clients and detail of cleaning expected it is imperative that you have previous experience working in a fast place cleaning environment. Each home has a time limit on it and you will be expected to finish within that time frame. Depending on your success after training and client's needs you may work alone or in teams of two. There will be interviews held within the next few weeks.
Position: Housekeeper
Job Type: Part Time/ Full Time, Schedule of hours is Monday- Friday & Tuesday - Saturday 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
% of Travel Required: 100%
Starting Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour for first 90 days
Job Description:
Shanta's Maid Service is seeking individuals with a passion for detailed cleaning. Primary responsibilities are providing cleaning services for families throughout the Inland Empire, Orange County, and LA County. Must have excellent attention to detail and be a dependable worker. We provide paid training and potential increases after passing 90 and 120 day probation.
Minimum Requirements:
• Must own your own reliable transportation and willing to drive up to 30 miles outside of La Mirada or Rancho Cucamonga
• Must have a valid Drivers License and Automobile Insurance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively in a team
• Excellent time management skills
• Extensive knowledge of general cleaning techniques
• Must be able to communicate and follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to read, speak, and understand English in order to communicate with our clients
• Must be able to lift moderate weight frequently (up to 30 lbs.)
• Must be able to twist, bend, push, pull, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
