We are currently seeking energetic and motivated people to support our growing brands and provide our customers with the best customer service possible. We are looking for self-starting, proactive team players that can work with minimal supervision. We offer $13.25/hour. The hourly rate is paid bi-weekly.


• Handle inbound customer calls and respond accordingly
• Handle incoming customer emails
• Customers’ questions will involve payments, processing and fulfillment issues, taking orders over the phone, product information, returns, and order status
• Keep track and ensure any follow ups with customers are done in a timely manner

Work closely with the operations and marketing departments to ensure websites are accurate and current


• 1 year Customer Service experience with a retail and e-commerce Company preferred
• Other retail experience preferred
• Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Internet-savvy
• Competent Math skills (percentages)

7am - 4pm or 8am to 5pm
