Job Description:Unlock your career potential with a career opportunity in an organization that helps make a difference in peoples lives.Our mental health agency is currently searching for a knowledgeable, experienced professional to fill the position of Software Implementation Coordinator.In this hands-on position, youll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of software projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets. The successful candidate will help identify and implement project management policies and lead multiple small and large software/Web application projects. These projects are highly visible within the agency. This is an individual contributor position and has no supervisory responsibilities. What you will do. In this \"hands on\" position you will manage highly visible software projects throughout the project lifecycle and ensure Project schedules, milestone and dates are documented and understood by the team.Issues and bugs are clearly identified with reproducible steps.Risks are identified and documented.Provide regular status updates to project team, internal stakeholders, as well as other key players in the agency (as applicable).Develop and conduct presentations to internal clients via the web and in-person.Plan and oversee regular project status meetings with internal project teams/stakeholders and distribute meeting minutes.Monitor and control project risks and issues; escalate issues when needed.A partial list of immediate projects includes: Development and launch of an Intranet/Extranet for the agencyDeployment of the Electronic signature software platformImplementation of a document management systemOngoing website and social media enhancements Required Experience:Education/Experience: 5 years of experience working with customization/implementation of a variety of software packages. Talent and Competencies: Be a problem solver; gather and analyze information skillfully, work well in group problem solving situations, and demonstrate attention to detail.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.Be people and team oriented; possess excellent communication and verbal skills; exercise the ability to prioritize, and be decisive and energetic.Strong understanding of how teams coordinate on projects: Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.Ability to work independently, proficiently, and timely as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.Translate business requirements into technology solutions.Ability to create documentation and trainings that will be understood by non-technical staff.
