We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team and help us do more of the amazing work that we do. The candidate will be responsible for software test design, planning, scripting and execution for all aspects of our software. This includes the validation of data integration as well as user interface and communications testing. While the position will start out doing manual testing, it will transition to approximately 50% manual testing and 50% automated testing. Job Responsibilities: Interact with project management, development teams, and support team to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives. Participate in the planning and development of a testing automation strategy. Design and create test conditions and scripts for both manual and automated testing. Execute and analyze manual/automated testing results. Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build new scripts and tools for performing testing/validation functions. Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards identification of root causes and resolutions. Document, track and escalate issues appropriately. Support production deployment of applications and patches/hot fixes. Job Requirements: BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Web Systems or other related degree (or work experience equivalent) Relevant work experience in development and/or testing role 1-2 years of experience with test automation and full scripting (not just record and playback) preferably with similar automation software Ability to create, execute, edit, and maintain automated test scripts Intermediate-level SQL skills Experience with various web browsers and platforms Experience testing web applications Experience testing mobile applications Experience with web-based test case management software Exposure to development/scripting in common languages like VB, JAVA, PERL, C++, SQL, etc Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects/deliverables simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated Punctual, regular and consistent attendance WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU Competitive base pay plus bonus Super laid-back environment where hustle goes a long way and work is enjoyable Great opportunity to get into a fast-growing company and build something big Medical/Dental/Vision benefits Endless supply of fruit, coffee and other goodies!
