The Loan Officer/Mortgage Advisor for our Consumer Direct group originates loans from company-provided leads, existing portfolio, and various other third-party providers. Active licenses in multiple states – or the ability to get licensed in multiple states – is required.

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Two (2) + years of mortgage sales experience in a call center environment required.
• Demonstrated success in mortgage sales and/or sales management.
• Proven track record of success
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications; i.e. CRM, LOS.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Active Licenses for multiple states.
