Job Description: The Job Coach will provided vocational training, ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) services, and act as a mentor to individuals that have developmental disabilities. The individual will also be responsible for behavior modification, supervision of clients in the community, and implement program activities meant to foster the clients independence and adherence to proper social values.
Job Qualifications:*High School Diploma (a plus is having an Associates Degree in the social studies arena or Bachelors in Human Services, Sociology, Psychology or related fields)
*Exhibit patience, empathy, and team oriented work ethic.
*Exhibit superb critical thinking skills to work through sudden challenges.
*Creative individual that can maintain professional conduct at all times.
*MUST have a valid Driver's License, vehicle, and vehicular insurance.
*First Aid/CPR and CPI certificates (can be provided)
*Capability of passing a Drug Screening and DOJ (Department of Justice) Clearance.
Experience working with or around adults with that exhibit developmental disabilities.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:45am through 3:00pm
